Job Description

Position is not benefits eligible and is considered on call with no long term guarantee of hours. For the first 4 weeks it will be approximately 16-24 hours per week. After 4 weeks it will be reevaluated. Great flexibility in your hours within a day shift range of 7A - 7p. This is a small company that does HR for four small entities. This makes it a great opportunity to learn about all aspects of HR and be exposed to multiple skills. The direct supervisor is very focused on teaching and allowing employees to learn new skills as they desire. Great entry position for an HR student.


Major Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this position is benefits administration including but not limited to:

Benefits enrollment
Invoice reconciliation
File Audits
401 k auditing and compliance
Data entry and analysis
Employee support

Will also include auditing and reconciliation of HRIS, payroll and time keeping software.

This person will be key in an electronic and paper file restructuring as well.
