Track 1: E-Learning Basics
This track will focus on the helping members learn the basics of e-learning and general distance education. Participants will learn about basic terminology, course design, asynchronous vs synchronous learning channels and LMS implementation.

Track 2: E-Learning Applications
This track will focus on helping members learn about popular elearning applications. Participants will learn about how to utilize and learn e-learning applications such as Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate or Lectora and also how to best select that application
for their needs.

Track 3: Managing the E-Learning Function
This track will focus on helping members learn about managing the e-learning function within their organization. Participants will learn how to create a e-learning strategy, functionality and workflow of learning management and the future of online learning and knowledge networks.
