President's Message

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the Central Indiana Chapter of the American Society for Training and Development.

As an organization consisting of approximately 400 members, we are the leading source for learning and performance professionals in Central Indiana. Our strength is in the partnership we enjoy with our members and the organizations they represent.

Our members take very seriously their responsibility to shape and grow the future of the central Indiana workforce. This responsibility is not theirs alone. As a chapter of the American Society for Training and Development, we support our members by providing education, skill development, and networking opportunities designed to forward the profession.

Through involvement in the chapter, members lend their talents to develop as individuals as well as to strengthen the profession.
